Electricity Networks Aotearoa (ENA) has created a connections glossary to help lines companies use standard wording for their connections processes, and provide customers with a simpler and more consistent experience.
This glossary is the first step as part of ENA’s Connections Journey Mapping project, which aims to streamline lines companies’ processes and improve the overall customer experience. The project team has been working with lines companies, large distributed generation customers, and EV charger providers to gather feedback on the entire customer journey, from pre-application to delivery.
